Negotiating renewal of contract (fee to landlord).
Issuing of correct notices to the tenants if and when required.


VIP managed – 14% with 80% letting fee

Registration of the deposit and issuing the prescribed information to the tenant.
Initial inventory.
24 hour emergency line for tenants to ensure emergencies can be dealt with out of office hours.
