- If necessary chasing rent arrears.
- Organising CP12, electric certificates, Legionella risk assessment and EPC’s as and when required (additional fee for the work done).
- Organising all maintenance.
- Negotiating renewal of contract (fee to landlord).
- Issuing of correct notices to the tenants if and when required.
