Managing Director
Margaret is the Managing Director of Abode and has been in the property industry for many years she has a great deal of experience within the industry for both sales and lettings.
She has also completed many courses and gained further experience from these she also has a level 3 Propertymark qualification, and is currently studying for her level 4.
She lives in Durham, but has extensive knowledge of various areas.
Katie Webster
Office Manager
Katie is our Office manager. She has a lot of previous experience with another agent and has a considerable amount of knowledge in all aspects of property management. She also manages one of our largest portfolios within the company, along with all the other multiple property landlords. Katie is currently studying for her level 4 propertymark qualification.
She lives in Durham but has gained a great knowledge of the Newcastle area.
Kevin Kelly
Lettings Negotiator
Kevin is our lettings negotiator and has a great deal of experience within the property industry, as he has been in this business for a number of years now. He has lived in Newcastle all of his life, so therefore has a great knowledge of the area. He is excellent at finding new tenants for all of our properties.
